Unless otherwise noted, all items in the Grotto are available for immediate shipment upon payment.
If you see something you like that has already been sold, feel free to request a piece or set be made for you.
If you see a design that you'd like in different colors, I'm happy to accommodate.
Custom Orders must be paid in full in advance
All beads are kiln annealed, hand inspected and cleaned prior to shipment. All measurements are
approximate. Colors shown may vary slightly based on your monitor's settings.
Payment options:
The Grotto is designed to accept payment through PayPal, however, if you'd prefer to pay by money
order, please email me with the item name. If possible, alternative payment arrangements can be made.
I accept PayPal and money orders in US dollars only.
Shipping options:
First class shipping to U.S. & Canada is now FREE for beads only.
Shipping on all other items will be calculated based on weight
International rates to be figured upon purchase.
Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed 100%. If you receive your item and don't love it as much as I do, you
may return it. Just send it back within 10 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping.*
